Researchers in Britain have carried out the study and found that a large number of people actually lose the will to eat healthy as the working week nears completion - but, it's not the case when the week starts. In fact, they have based their findings on an analysis of 6,000 commuters who were offered the choice of an orange or a chocolate bar on a Monday and then again on a Friday. Most - 58 per cent - chose the orange on Monday. But on Friday, 75 per cent opted for the chocolate bar in a bid to give themselves a reward of a comfort-eating treat, British tabloid The Sun reported. "Finding the motivation to eat healthily seems to be an ongoing challenge to the British public," according to Health group PruHealth, which conducted the study at London's Liverpool Street station.
