A middle-aged woman was rescued by fire fighters from a blazing building in Kolkata on Monday afternoon. She was trapped inside the house when fire broke out on the second floor. She was trapped on the third floor and wailed for help.
The incident happened around 1.30 p.m. on Monday. A multi-storied residential building at Lake Gardens in south Kolkata caught fire. The fire spread downward and the lady remained trapped on the third floor. She was rescued braving heavy odds and at great risk.
