Obama would be a better Bond: Craig

London, Oct. 24: Many might tout him as the perfect Bond, but Daniel Craig himself thinks that US presidential candidate Barack Obama would be a better Bond, at least when compared to his opponent John McCain. Mr Craig’s comment may give the Democratic candidate a much-needed boost as the US presidential elections are approaching nearer.

The Casino Royale star has admitted that though he likes both the candidates in the run up to the November 4 election, he insists that Mr Obama is his ideal choice for the White House.

He said that Mr Obama would be a better Bond than ageing prisoner of war Mr McCain. "Obama would be the better Bond, because, if he’s true to his word, he’d be willing to quite literally look the enemy in the eye and go toe-to-toe with them," the Daily Express quoted Mr Craig as telling US magazine Parade.

In fact, the super spy also said that Mr McCain would make a good M in a Bond flick. —ANI
