Usha Martin group forays into realty business

KOLKATA (Reuters) - Usha Martin group on Friday has entered the realty business with a new unit Usha Breco Realty Pvt. Ltd., the Kolkata-based firm said in a statement.
The new firm will implement two projects worth 2.5 billion rupees in east India, and focus on joint ventures for property development under a profit or revenue sharing arrangement.
The group hold stakes in steel wire rope maker Usha Martin Ltd and information technology firm Usha Martin Infotech Ltd.
