Fergie bargained for 'Sex and the City' sneak peek
Pop star Fergie did not agree to do the theme song for the Sex and the City movie till she got a sneak peek of the romantic comedy.
Fergie was the first choice to record the song, but she said she was too busy until writer-director Michael Patrick King agreed to let her see the film before anyone else, contactmusic.com reports.
"When we first approached Fergie, her music company said she's really, really busy and then she said very bargainy, 'Let me see the movie!' So we had a private bootleg screening for Fergie and then recorded it almost immediately," she said.
