NDA’s allies join refrain

NEW DELHI
June 4: Criticising the UPA government for hiking the prices of petroleum products, National Democratic Alliance (NDA) allies Janata Dal (United) and Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) said the hike will hit the common man hard.
General secretary of JD(U) Javed Raza said the common man is already under tremendous pressure due to rise in the prices of essential commodities.
The fuel price hike, he said will add to his burden.
Mr Raza alleged that it was a hidden agenda of the UPA government to hike the prices in general.
This should be condemned by all as the situation has gone from bad to worse.
This government has no right to continue as it has failed on all fronts, Mr raza said.
