Delhi HC dismisses bail plea of Sanjeev Nanda

The Delhi High Court on Saturday rejected the bail plea of Sanjiv Nanda in the BMW hit-and-run case.
He was sentenced to five years jail term by a city court for mowing down six persons with his BMW car in 1999.
Earlier, the Delhi High Court issued a notice to the city police on a petition filed by Nanda challenging a lower court's decision to sentence him to five years.
