A low-intensity blast hit the Uttar Pradesh town of Kanpur on Tuesday evening.
The blast reportedly took place at 7 pm on Tuesday evening with the explosives laden on a bicycle.
More than three people, including one woman and two children are reported to be injured in the blast.
