New Delhi: The Central Bureau of Investigation(CBI) conducted lie detector test on the compounder of dentist Rajesh Talwar, arrested for allegedly killing her teen aged daughter Aarushi, and visited the house of the Talwars on Monday late night to recreate the crime scene once again. Compounder named Krishna was put to lie detection test as there seemed to be prima facie some deception in his answers during interrogation but a final view would be taken only when the official report is received from the Central Forensic and Scientific Laboratory, CBI sources said.Based on the statement given by Krishna, who had worked in the clinic of the dentist couple Rajesh and Nupur, a CBI team also visited the Talwars' residence in Sector 25 Noida. Vandana Talwar, a relation of Doctor Talwar, told media that CBI had intimated them before coming. "They wanted to recreate the entire crime scene again," she said. CBI sources said that the crime scene was being recreated again based on the statement given by Krishna.
CBI sources said that it was a hard job as some of the evidences had been destroyed before the case came to the agency. The CBI was trying to fill in the missing links and had retrieved some data from the laptop of Rajesh Talwar and desktop of Aarushi. Struggling to crack the Aarushi murder case, CBI has now approached newspapers and news agencies for handing over photographs of coverage of the twin murder cases involving 14-year-old Aarushi and the Talwars' domestic help Hemraj.(PTI)
