For this purpose, IG Fun has secured global rights from 2K Games to develop and publish the first person shooter (FPS) on the mobile platform. "Bioshock" has enjoyed a good measure of popularity since launch, earning the mantle of second-highest-rated Xbox 360 game and third-highest-rated PC game to date. The staples of "Bioshock" are its storyline, which is based on issues of morality, and also its immersive environment. The game sees the travails of plane crash survivor Jack as he explores an underwater city named Rapture, which is under siege by mutated entities and mechanical drones. However, as Jack, gamers finally need to make that one important decision -- whether they want to save the survivors of Rapture or exploit and destroy them. "Bioshock" is described as a "genetically enhanced" FPS, meaning it allows gamers to do previously unimaginable things like turning anything and everything into weapons, biologically modding bodies with plasmids, upgrading weapons, experimenting with different battle techniques underwater, and more. Sean Malatesta, chief executive officer of IG Fun, said "BioShock" is a special game in its genre that brings an element of conflicting morals that ultimately impacts the storyline. Meanwhile, Vishal Gondal, founder and chief executive officer of Indiagames, said the mobile version of the game would herald the next level in mobile game development and gameplay experience.
