Ana and team paint Paris pink

Ana Ivanovic is no simple girl. The glamour girl of tennis, who has the looks and the game to go with it, finally made a breakthrough with her French Open triumph in Paris. But going by the looks of it, it appears that her brother and her coach didn’t take her too seriously.

The Serbian, apparently had a wager with her fitness trainer Scott Byrnes, her coach Sven Groeneveld, her hitting partner Marcin Rozpedski and her brother Milos that they would have to run around the Arc de Triomphe in her tennis outfit if she won the Grand Slam.

Boys being boys, they just went along with it but Ivanovic’s dream turned into a reality. The Parisian police were unprepared for this in the small hours of Monday morning when they stopped four men wearing salmon-pink dresses under the Arc de Triomphe. Among the witnesses to the incident was Ivanovic, who had been celebrating her first Grand Slam in a nearby restaurant.
