New Delhi: The Delhi High Court today granted bail to arms dealer Suresh Nanda, his son Sanjeev and two others who allegedly manipulated evidence in a case of alleged kickbacks in the Barak missile deal. The Nandas, their chartered accountant Bipin Shah and IRS officer Ashutosh Verma had been in custody for the last 53 days.

The court said that all the four would have to furnish a personal bond of Rs one lakh and two sureties of like amounts.
