Chennai brothers clinch endurance race title

Chennai brothers Sudanand Rajan and Prithveen Rajan from Team WSRF clinched the championship title in the endurance race in the final round of the 2008 JK Tyre National Racing Championship held at the Madras Motor Racing Track at Irungaatukottai near Chennai on Saturday.
The winning combination of Sudanand Rajan and Prithveen Rajan sealed the win by completing 29 laps in 1 hour 1 minute and 46 seconds followed by Rams Racing’s Kartik Shankar and Naren Shankar, who completed 28 laps in 1 hr 3 mins and 7 secs.
In the premium Formula Rolon category, Red Rooster Racing’s Sarosh Hataria clinched pole position with 01: 47: 986, while Kartik Shankar of Team TVS took pole in Formula Swift category.
